Creation of a "spectacular and culinary" installation for an event, inauguration, official opening, etc. This artistic act is also a practical lesson in festive, friendly movement on the themes of food and art.
These culinary features have been held at the Grand Logis in Bruz and the following festivals: Mythos, the Grand Soufflet, the Tombées de la Nuit in Rennes, the bus-way in Nantes, the inauguration of the theatre in Laval, and the Hanoi ethnology museum.
